Our marketing website at nilbx.com does not currently collect personal information through forms, accounts, or newsletter sign-ups. The site uses standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, page requested) for security and operational purposes, retained for no longer than 90 days.

pilots@nilbx.com, or press@nilbx.com addresses, we will
retain your message and contact details for the duration of our correspondence.
This marketing site does not set first-party cookies, run analytics trackers, or share data with advertising networks. We do not embed third-party pixels.
When the NILBx product platform (currently in private development) opens to partner schools or end users, a separate, expanded privacy policy will govern that use. It will address handling of athlete "education records" under applicable FERPA considerations, brand-side contract data, payment data through our payment-processor partners, and the specific data-export and deletion rights granted in our pilot and commercial agreements.
